Fabida is a consultant psychiatrist and executive medical director at Birmingham and Solihull mental health Foundation NHS Trust. She is a fellow of the royal college of psychiatrists, and also holds other roles at the royal college of psychiatrists as chair of the transcultural psychiatry special interest group and specialist advisor for the MTI scheme.
She is passionate about eradicating inequalities, celebrating diversity, and improving mental health care across the globe. In her spare time she enjoys going for long walks, meditation, theatre and socialising with friends .
