I am a Consultant Psychiatrist at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLAM) with extensive clinical experience across India, the UK, and Australia. I am passionate about liaison psychiatry and medical education. Beyond clinical practice, I am a Trustee at the Association of University Teachers of Psychiatry, dedicated to promoting excellence in undergraduate psychiatric education. As a certified IHI Improvement Coach, I am committed to integrating quality improvement into all aspects of my work. With a strong focus on Lifestyle Medicine, I advocate for holistic mental healthcare. Recognized as a '1 in 25 Unsung Hero' by the Royal College of Psychiatrists Women's Specialist Interest Group in 2021, I am dedicated to improving patient care. Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities climbing, skating, hiking, photography, and Jiu-Jitsu.
