Who should attend: Heads of School (GP and Psych); GP and Psychiatry educators – Clinical and Educational Supervisors, Training Programme Directors, Trust Directors of Medical Education; SpRs and other trainees interested in medical education and IMG issues.
Why should you attend:
This will be a unique opportunity for GPs and Psychiatrists to learn from each other and share information about best practice in supporting IMGs.
IMGs form 40% of the workforce and yet they continue to be underrepresented in leadership positions and perform disproportionately poorly so far as career progression is concerned. This Conference will present current evidence and best practice in addressing these issues.
